We're looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Technology & Process, to join our Revenue Operations organization.As Senior Director, Revenue Technology & Process, you'll lead the team responsible for driving adoption and value across our Revenue tools and processes, providing field-facing roles with the right technology and support to maximize revenue growth and impact.

This position reports to the Head of Corporate Strategy and Operations and is based out of the US. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

Lead the teams responsible for Technology and Process functions across Revenue Operations, including driving the Technology Roadmap & Strategy, Utilization and Adoption, Revenue Process & Field Support and Operations Portfolio & Program Management, including:

  • Partner with Revenue Leaders, Operations, Data, and IT functions to understand the current technology landscape and establish a revenue technology roadmap for the future to define and prioritize technology needs/capabilities to meet top-level strategic goals.

  • Rationalize current and future technologies relative to value (eliminating redundancies, integrating into the Revenue org process, etc.) Drive the overall implementation, adoption and utilization of revenue technology, instilling sound governance, general administration, training, and insights.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of technology and content performance, leveraging advanced analytics to drive strategy and decision-making.

  • Lead the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge and best-in-class technology and processes for Revenue teams to enhance engagement and effectiveness. The primary interface and partner for IT as technical owners of the systems

  • Manage Field Support and "run the business" aspects of the Revenue team's activities via Salesforce.com cases, including account assignments and territory management.

  • Lead Business Analysts team responsible for business requirements to drive key revenue priorities and partner with our technical teams to prioritize, build, and test solutions needed to drive the business forward.

  • Run intake process to address ongoing Revenue org technology and process needs. Drive the Revenue Operations portfolio to ensure prioritization of high-level initiatives and critical run-the-business work.

  • Lead and support various strategic GTM programs, partnering across the business to ensure projects drive business outcomes.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, technology, and process management for field-facing teams. Demonstrated success in building and/or leading an Operations team at scale.

  • Experience working at a large-scale technology company is required; enterprise software is preferred

  • Dedicated people manager with demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority

  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with leaders at various levels and across different organizational roles. Preferably has experience in matrix-style organizations.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to large groups and leverage storytelling to align multiple parts of the business

  • Proven track record of establishing and managing operations with an emphasis on maintaining operating rhythms, dashboards, and other tools necessary to measure, evaluate, and improve business processes and performance

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations. Flexibility to pivot quickly to new demands and with a high sense of urgency

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $203,200 - $279,400. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
