We are looking fora Marketing Associate at our new Citrus Innovation Center in Lakeland, Florida.


Your Focus

As the Marketing Associate, you will ensure the extraordinary development and execution of events and customer visits to create uncommon experiences. Collaborating with local teams and engaging with customers, the ideal candidate will be energized to utilize their strong background in events or hospitality coordination to bring to life engaging workshop and event experiences.

This role requires exceptional storytelling and creativity!

How you will Contribute

  • Stay on top of current trends in event management and design and propose recommendations to improve.
  • Manage customer visit logistics, including hotel booking, catering arrangements, and space setup.
  • Support proactive and reactive customer driven projects in a way that significantly increases the chances of generating winning business opportunities.
  • Be the strategic partner in bringing forward local insights, trends and identifying opportunities, and relevant initiatives as a key team member in the Citrus Marketing Team.
  • Deliver creative and impactful communication both internally and externally.
  • Partner with Marketing & Communications Leader on event management such as workshops, trainings, communication planning etc whenever necessary.
Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
  • 2-3 years of event, hospitality, or marketing experience.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are considered a plus.
  • A keen eye for hospitality and understand the need to go above and beyond for special events and create memory moments for our customers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving and the ability to use initiative to get work done.
  • Experience in concept development and event management.
  • Exceptional creative writing skills and the ability to take technical information and translate into compelling stories.
  • Experience with cutting-edge audio-visual equipment.
  • Ability to interact and influence multiple departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Can-do attitude, ambitious, proactive, and ready to embrace and deliver change.
  • Team player - willing to share knowledge and collaborate with others within and outside marketing.
