Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7 am to 5 pm with off hours work based on needs of the business.

Job Summary:

Provides leadership and direction to carry out the definition of Froedtert Health vision and strategies and working in alliance with the Information Technology team, Operational leaders and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Develops and executes effective methodologies to deliver ambulatory Epic build across the Froedtert Health organization; coordinates with other IT and Operational departments in the integration of EMR system between the ambulatory setting and other venues. Develops staff structures, skills and competencies to deliver the ambulatory Epic system tools and offerings; maintains a succession plan for the Manager and any other management roles in the group. Will serve as the leader and participant for various project assignments as directed by the ITPC/CIO and responds as required to requests from other organizational leaders. Manages all aspects of delivery, solution development, optimization and acquisition, implementation, support the EMR across the entire Ambulatory/HOD footprint of Froedtert Health. Monitors and meets all service level agreements for supporting the operational customers as well as providing strong customer service. Develops and maintains ambulatory Epic team vision and 3 year plan in alignment with Froedtert Health IT annual plan. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Lead or Manager role within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) focused information systems team.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical environment supplemented with intense information systems or systems analysis experience.

Experience with Epic, especially in Ambulatory setting is highly-preferred.

Prefer proficient experience with Power point, Excel, MS Products, and Service Now.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

A Bachelor's degree is required. In lieu of the degree, 4 years of related experience may be substituted.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

EpicCare Ambulatory certification highly-preferred
