Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing a variety of roles in support of our sales and marketing initiatives at our E-ONE facility. The successful candidate will document production progress with photographs and/or video, support our receptionist at our Welcome Center, and provide retail and back-office support for our onsite retail store. The candidate will move between these various support functions with oversight from the onsite Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Take detailed photos and/or videos of fire apparatus on the production line on a weekly or semi-weekly basis.
    • Work closely with the sales team and production contacts to prioritize vehicles and timing of the photography each week.
    • Manage the images in the online portal and ensure access to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Serve as back-up for the E-ONE Welcome Center receptionist.
    • Greet customers, dealers and staff who are visiting or calling the Welcome Center.
    • Assist with special onsite events, as needed.
  • Support the E-ONE Locker, our retail store at the E-ONE Welcome Center.
    • Help to greet visitors (including customers, dealers and REV employees) and help them to find items, answer their questions, and process their transactions.
    • Document and provide the Benefits team with employee payroll deduction purchases.
    • Keep the store tidy and the displays well-stocked and organized.
    • Monitor and fulfill online merchandise purchases.
  • Provide additional administrative and project support to the Specialty Vehicle marketing team, as needed.

Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):

  • High School degree required, college degree preferred.
  • One (1) or more year experience working in sales, marketing, customer service, or other related field.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including solid oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient photography skills required, and videography skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Solid understanding of basic Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of SmugMug or other online photo galleries, a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong self-starter with personal initiative, drive and a positive demeanor
  • Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Work in a variety of settings, including retail, an office environment and a fast-paced production facility.
  • The employee is regularly required to stand or walk for extended periods of time in varying environment.
  • The employee must be able to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects; and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit for extended periods of time.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40#'s
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
