The Lead Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of strategic initiatives as well as leading the work of project teams to ensure smooth execution and that paves the way for profitable implementation of planned business activities.

About the Team

The Product Operational Delivery team works closely together as well as across the organization with a focus on delivering successful testing experiences for the suite of products ACT offers.

The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $115,000. ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equity. The position is incentive eligible.

Location: This is a remote position

What you will be working on:

    Represent Operations on working groups to define requirements and ensuring successful delivery of them in support of the enterprise strategic initiatives.
  • Operational lead responsible for delivery
  • Partner with Product on their strategic roadmap to ensure Ops roadmap is built to support; focus being on early enough to ensure ready when needed not just in time
  • Lead on all activities for area of responsibility while supporting all planning stage and removing roadblocks
  • Lead on sunsetting activities
  • Accountable for leading the delivery of large-scale administrations with significant complexity, a high degree of risk and potential impact to the organization
  • Provide expertise for area of responsibility with a focus on leadership, driving change and working to gain efficiencies and reduce costs

This could be the job for you if you have (minimum requirements):

  • At least 7 years of progressively responsible operational delivery, or related experience, including demonstrated experience in project or program management or contract fulfillment with large scale projects or programs
  • Large-scale assessment testing delivery experience
  • Experience with technology and systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, JIRA, MS Project Schedule and assessment delivery systems
  • Demonstrates ability to navigate complex requirements and communicate them to key stakeholders throughout the broader organization
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated, timely and creative solutions
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, which often includes cross-functional teams, by encouraging and supporting collaboration

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills; ability to effectively communicate and work effectively with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community

  • Takes initiative and uses self-starter approach, ability to multi-task, proactively anticipates and acts on information and details needed, willingness and ability to learn
  • A customer-centric focus and service oriented with a strong sense of urgency and persistence while working through a complex matrix organization to ensure success for the customer, organization, and team members
  • Is accountable, takes responsibility and follows through on commitments
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, discretion and strong decision-making skills
  • Skills and knowledge required for success in this position attained through experience and education (Bachelor's degree in Business or related area of study), or a combination of both
