We are currently looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join our growing team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Distribution Coordinator processes, fulfills, and invoices all orders for internal and external customers for multiple sites. Manages inventory of central warehouse. Partners with operations and finance teams to build and maintain efficient processes for inventory management.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and fulfill customer supply orders for multiple distribution channels (external & internal). Includes packing and shipping small parcels.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels ensuring fulfillment rate >95%.
  • Place and receive all purchase orders.
  • Establish and maintain customer and product master files, including customer facing E-commerce site.
  • Process and deliver customer invoices.
  • Establish and maintain courteous, professional, and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Develop and rollout customer onboarding collateral.
  • Execute monthly physical inventory count for central warehouse.
  • Work closely with Vice President of Purchasing and Distribution.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Customer service skills with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Experience with Inventory Management
  • E-commerce experience
  • Experience with procurement and/or supply chain
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and to handle other communications/computer components.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
