Description

As a Senior Enterprise Software Sales Manager, you'll lead sales efforts for financial institutions and sub-segments (banks, brokerage, insurance, RIA, trust companies). Your mission: consistently achieve Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets within the Enterprise segment. Here's how:
  1. Insight-Driven Sales: Shift from product-centric to solution-centric sales. Understand and address the unique needs of enterprise clients.
  2. Engaging Solutions: Present our offerings through interactive, innovative sales experiences.
  3. Market Expertise: Tailor strategies for diverse sub-segments (e.g., Independent, Bank Wealth, Insurance, RIA).
  4. Best Practices: Optimize pipeline creation, sales presentations, and deal closures.
  5. Strategic Thought Leadership: Consult with clients, industry experts, and senior leaders. Shape eMoney's perspective in the fintech and wealth management industry.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, senior leadership, and relationship managers.
  7. Mentorship: Share expertise with team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in consultative sales (emphasis on fintech preferred)
  • Established relationships with high-level decision makers
Skills:

The salary range for this position is $109,000 - $149,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, eMoney commission program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
