Primary Function

The Digital Marketing Manager role is a team member of the Marketing team, supporting initiatives, programs, websites, and sales objectives serving many customer types. This role will be serving as a digital marketing generalist that will help provide subject matter expertise in many digital marketing practices with specialized agency support. Areas of expertise cover a broad area that includes performance marketing (digital advertising and campaign management), content marketing (copywriting and editing), search optimization (SEO and on-site search), marketing intelligence (consumer insights, analytics, data analysis, and VOC) Conversion optimization (CRO), design (CX/UX/UI), etc. Day-to-day functions will include a mix of both objective focused project work and administrative tasks. This role will serve as a project manager overseeing the sprint process, standardization, creation, documentation, and management. This position will require coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship building between marketing and various internal and external partners to succeed in accomplishing the team's goals and objectives. This position will need to effectively translate and communicate between non-technical and technical functions. Collaboration will mostly be with information technology, digital marketing platform team, product management, engineering, corporate communications, outside agency partners, and other divisional marketing departments.

Responsibilities

* Manage budget planning and invoicing.

* Manage and coordinate large-to-small projects and sprint planning.

* Manage external vendor relationships.

* Manage website properties, including bug fixes, content updates, and enhancements.

* Manage multi-channel marketing and advertising campaigns.

* Lead the transition and coordination of replatform projects for a variety of web properties.

* Lead process improvements and documentation.

* Coordinate and assist with merchandising and content updates across brand sites and other web properties for products and marketing campaigns.

* Coordinate back-end and front-end development updates with internal and external teams.

* Web code familiarity and working knowledge (HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, etc.)

* Web platform familiarity and working knowledge (CMS, PIM, SAP, analytics, etc.)

* Project management familiarity and working knowledge (JIRA, DevOps, Monday.com, SCRUM/Agile, etc.)

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in related field

* 5+ years' related experience in digital marketing and project management strongly preferred

* Strong understanding of marketing, especially in digital channels.

* Strong time management and organizational skills.

* Led cross-functional teams both internally and externally.

* Comfortable working in a LEAN, all-hands-on-deck, fast-paced environment.

* Comfortable working in a very transparent, collaborative, team environment.

* Comfortable working in both an agile work environment and a traditional waterfall environment.

* Comfortable working with the following applications & software: o Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, Google Docs, Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, Service Now, and Notepad++ o SAP, PIM (Product Information Systems), CMS (Content Management Systems), and Salesforce, especially SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud website platform) o Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Vimeo and YouTube o Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ahrefs, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, and UserTesting.com o Google Ads, MS Ads, Meta Ads, MNTN, and Reddi

Education
Baccalaureate in Marketing or Related Field
Years of Experience
Minimum of 5 years related work experience
