Responsibilities
  • Manage all marketing needs of the division leveraging competencies, resources within the organization, and external agencies.
  • Utilize data-driven expertise to design and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Partner leadership to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that drive results and meet deadlines and budgetary requirements.
  • Leads the development of new sales and/or marketing promotional support programs and materials (i.e. direct mail, fact sheets, brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, testimonials, business impact stories, promotions, demos, training etc.) and ensures that materials are developed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all content produced aligns with objectives, adheres to branding guidelines, and reflects accuracy.
  • Seek new ways to be competitive in the market.
  • Effectively communicate campaign details to relevant stakeholders and provide necessary employee training and tools when required.
  • Regularly conduct VOC and VOE surveys to gather valuable feedback and gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
  • Strategize and implement a well-structured quarterly awareness plan, highlighting key campaigns and events to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize the use of pre-paid credits for various marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Seek new ways to be competitive in the market.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or similar discipline.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in developing and implementing advertising strategies.
  • Experience managing projects, clients, and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Agency experience preferred but not required.
