UMass Memorial Medical Group is seeking 2025 CRNA graduate classes to join our Department of Anesthesiology team. It's never too soon, we welcome and support caregivers from all Academic Ranks to apply and join us in our relentless pursuit of healing.

The Department of Anesthesiology atUMass Memorial Healthcare is seeking a CRNAto join our collaborative group of colleagues. Located west of Boston in Worcester, Massachusetts, our expanding team of nurse anesthetists practice at the top of their licenses as an integrated member of the team in a care team model. We are currently experiencing surgical growth in our academic and community based sites in Worcester, Marlborough and Shrewsbury.

Our CRNA's receive exposure to a broad case load in multiple surgical specialties to include transplant, ENT, trauma neurosurgery, obstetrics, hearts and orthopedics. We welcome all sub-specialty interests.Our newly updated pay structure boasts competitive salaries and $30,000.00 sign-on bonuses.

We work with you to build a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

  • Flexible scheduling is available for full and part time positions
  • 10, 12, 14, 16 & 24-hour shifts
  • Days, weekends, evenings and overnights
  • No call is required
  • Incentive pay is available for additional shifts or optional call

Who you are:

  • CRNA certified or in process to be completed
