Salary range will be between $35,000-$40,000

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong time management skills, a positive attitude, organization, a good work ethic, and the ability to be flexible with duties. In addition, you'll need to be able to:

  • Answer all incoming calls and be the first point of contact for all clients both in person and over the phone
  • Welcomes guests, answer phones, check office voice mail and provides an elite level of service by complying with processes and procedures
  • Contributes to positive client relationships by assisting with tasks in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, including milestones and special events, email campaigns, and mailing lists.
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Provide information to clients & team members by researching and answering questions and concerns, providing a positive environment.
  • Check & maintain office and kitchen supplies with impeccable attention to detail & organization.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Coordinates calendar, including meetings and conference rooms
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, while expediting work results.
  • Prepare monthly reimbursement reports through Concur.
  • Occasional deliveries around local offices.

What you'll need to be successful:

Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills are a must.
  • 1-2 years of recent administrative assistant experience preferred.
  • Must be able to operate office equipment including copiers, scanners, multiple phone lines and computers.
  • Must demonstrate outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Ability to be organized and manage supplies.
  • Ability to be flexible and foster teamwork.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be reliable and proactive.
