POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Flora Stone Mather Center is a community space and a social incubator advancing women and gender equity through research-informed action. The Leadership Program Manager is responsible for outreach and initiatives which contribute to the growth of programs and services that will support and develop the leadership skills and professional success of students, staff, and faculty at Case Western Reserve University. This position will oversee center efforts to create and expand upon current leadership programs. Through collaboration with other identity and diversity centers, this position will work to better serve women of color, non-binary and trans, and men-identified communities. Additionally, the program manager will participate in university committees and support the work of the Associate Director for Programs.

CONTACTS
Department: Daily contact with Associate Director of Programs and Executive Director as well as other center staff for collaboration.
University: Regular contact with the Weatherhead Executive Education and the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship for collaboration. Frequent contact with staff, faculty, and students across the campus, and especially with faculty and staff with expertise in gender equity. Frequent contact with staff in the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusive Engagement, the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the LGBT Center related to education and training.
External: Frequent external contacts to represent the center or for programming needs with community professionals and partnerships, and secure mentors. Continued participation in national societies and special endeavors that support and provide resources to improve the inclusion of women and girls in under-represented fields.
Students: Continuous contact with undergraduate and graduate students as resource to the WISER program. Support individual students, resolve issues, organize and coordinate student programs and events.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for supervision of WISER undergraduate student president.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 2 or more years of progressively responsible professional experience required.
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's in higher education, education, public health, social work, counseling, women and gender studies, or a similar field is preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to handle the fast pace of the office with multiple responsibilities. Must be willing and able to have a flexible schedule and work nights and weekends.
This position is eligible for hybrid work arrangement up to two remote days per week at the discretion of the department. New employees may begin a hybrid schedule upon approval from the supervisor, successful completion of an orientation period and signing the remote work checklist certification form.
