As the Defense Mission Expert, you'll bring your experience working with the DoD to influence thought leaderson projects within the joint mission space. You'll use your skills and expertise to lead complex operations at a senior level, providing analytics, performance analysis, analytical methods, or strategic programming, analysis, and evaluation to inform the decision-making process.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in joint operations with the DoD and DHS
• Experience leading complex operations at a senior level requiring integration and analytical problem-solving and evaluative methods
• Knowledge of service or joint missions, processes, and culture
• Ability to apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, contributing to the development of new principles and concepts
• Ability to work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions
• Ability to operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in data science, analytics, performance analysis, analytical methods, or strategic programming, analysis, and evaluation
• Experience establishing and leading teams with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process
• Knowledge of Coast Guard Intelligence organization or Headquarters, Area, District, or major command
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Top Secret clearance
• Master's degree
• SCRUM, PMP, or project management Certifications
