General Summary:
The Sales Coordinator within the North America Foodservice (NAFS) division plays a pivotal role in supporting the
field sales force and brokerage community to enhance selling efforts. This position provides direct sales support
assistance to two Super Region Business Managers (RBM), manages critical documents, fulfills selling material
requests for key customers, and extends support to seven additional RBMs and external broker networks.
Additionally, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining content on sales resource websites.


Primary Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between Sales Planning and the sales/broker community, collaborating
with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for requests across the entire customer portfolio.
* Provide comprehensive sales support to two defined NAFS Super Regions, including but not limited to
gathering internal documents, managing Point of Sale materials, assisting with operator
agreements, facilitating distributor communications, managing equipment orders, and handling sample
requests.
* Ensure up-to-date and relevant content on sales resource websites in collaboration with the Sr. Manager-
Training.
* Assist in coordinating the business's participation in industry and local trade shows, handling tasks such as
registration, project planning, and sample ordering.


Complexity and Scope:
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various cross-functional groups including Brand
Marketing, Sales Agencies, Customer Teams, Quality Assurance, and Nutrition.
* Demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


Job Specifications:
* Minimum education required: bachelor's degree

* Minimum experience: 1+ years of CPG experience with a focus on project management and/or sales support.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do mindset.
* Creative problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office applications preferred; experience with salesforce CRM preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$61,800-$97,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
