Position Details

The director will provide program oversight and staff supervision for an eight-bed personal care home (PCH) in conjunction with the personal care home management team. They will manage day-to-day program tasks and oversee resident coordination of care for medical and psychiatric needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the personal care home facility.
• Ensure high-quality care for residents with mental health diagnoses, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulations.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to create a supportive and nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Active driver's license
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Management experience in residential care preferred
• Bachelor's degree in the human services with one-year of relevant experience preferred
• Degree from an accredited nursing program with one-year of relevant experience preferred
• Personal Care Home Administrator certification preferred
