Summary of This Role

You will be the subject matter expert in the Company's electronic payment processing technology offerings, PayFabric. You will be a key technical advisor, and a vital player in the success of the overall sales process.

You will work with business development, integrated software sales, and support teams across the organizations to assist with product questions, create and provide technical solutions in forms of technical specifications, mock-ups, diagrams, and product demonstrations.

You will also work with partners directly, providing technical solutions and guidance for the partners to implement their software to use our services through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

What Part Will You Play?
  • Be a subject matter expert with the Company's electronic payment processing technology offerings through training, research, and testing.

  • Assist with technical pre-sales support as a business analyst. Collect and analyze requirements from team members, clients and partners, then translate the requirements into technical solutions.

  • Professionally present technical solutions in forms of documentations and live demonstrations with a focus on maintaining a sales-oriented approach.

  • Provide proposal support to the sales team, via completing the technical and functional sections of RFI and RFP documents.

  • Manage partner projects for implementations with Company's electronic payments processing platforms, and provide technical guidance for the partners.

  • Produce and maintain records and documentation such as project status, statement of work, implementation guides, and general training materials.

  • Maintain in-depth and current product knowledge, such as by research, testing, cross-training with team members and continuously enhance internal documentations.

  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Product Development team.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience combined from technical support, technical sales, technical client services, technical business analysis, project management, software product management, and/or software product design roles.

  • Flexibility with work hours to accommodate multiple time zones required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Science, Engineering or Computing

  • Experience of working in the payments industry, preferably ecommerce, mobile, payment security & risk management.

What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?
  • COMMUNICATIONS - Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. A professional phone-manner, strong communication, presentation and documentation skills are essential for this role.

  • PROBLEM SOLVING - Excellent problem identification, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills are critical to the success of this role.

  • BASIC SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND ARCHITECTURE - Understand the general software development life cycle, and capable of developing small internal computer applications to provide proof-of-concept ideas, to test, and to troubleshoot client issues.

  • TECHNICAL SKILLS - Basic understanding of HTTP protocol, JSON, RESTful API, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and TSQL.

  • BUSINESS ANALYSIS - You will take ownership for requirements gathering, coordinate activities to determine a resolution, and produce technical solutions.

  • JOB COMPLEXITY - Work on complex issues where analysis of situations, requirements, or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Network with key contacts outside their own area of expertise. Build on/maintain external relationships of assigned accounts.

  • DOCUMENTATION - Strong documentation skills is a must to produce clear and easy to understand implementation guides, proposals, technical specifications, and process documents.

The position listed in this requisition is ineligible for the new hire referral bonus award program.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $85,000 to $109,000 + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
