Position Summary:

The Inventory Clerk compiles and maintains accurate records of stock components, ensuring proper quantities and materials are available to fulfill open orders.

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Essential Functions:

• Conducts cycle counting to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Kits parts for assemblies according to work order requirements
• Performs scheduled audits of facility inventory
• Maintains precise inventory levels to meet operational needs
• Adheres to company policies and procedures
• Completes other assigned duties and responsibilities
• Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies
• Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
• Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic ability to interpret part drawings.
• Clean, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Strong team player with openness to new ideas and collaboration
• Above-average manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred
• Flexible, reliable, self-starting individual able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivated
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
