Marketing Communications Manager
The Marketing Communications manager will lead the implementation of cohesive integrated marketing communications strategies, and activities for Kearfott Corporation, including overall brand strategy and objectives. You will work with business leaders to identify program milestones and business priorities and then create narratives to help spread the word on leading technologies Kearfott develops. This is a working lead role, that includes writing and coordinating communication to create marketing, creative, public relations, social media, and trade show products. You will work cross-functionally to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. You will strategically execute, track and optimize content across digital and non-digital channels to grow engagement and audience reach in support of the company's overall goals. You will also support the development and execution of events, trade shows, advertising, thought leadership content, direct marketing, newsletters and other related initiatives.
This is a remote position, but will require travel to our NJ and NC locations.
