Job Description

As a Temporary/Seasonal Contact Center Representative - bilingual, you'll help UNIFY's credit union members safeguard their assets, using strong communication skills in both English AND Spanish!

Whether you're finding answers for members (customers) quickly, consulting on products with passion, or resolving their issues with a smile (they can hear the smile even virtually), you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

At UNIFY, your efforts matter and are supported, because your success is integral in the overall success of the team.

*This position is hired through our 3rd party employment partner and is categorized as temporary/seasonal. There is no guarantee of full-time employment with UNIFY; however, UNIFY does have a history of converting 3rd party employees who are high performers.

**This position is eligible for remote work consideration after on-site portion of our training program is satisfied.

***Applicants for this role must be able to start training onsite in Las Vegas Monday, June 3rd.


What we expect from you:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish - both
  • A service mindset
  • Thirst for knowledge and desire to grow
  • Scheduling flexibility
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience, including ability to type documentation while listening and engaging
  • High speed internet connection (>25mbps)

Daily, you will:

  • Listen, solve and resolve members' issues regarding their existing financial products (Checking, savings, credit cards, loans, etc.) in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide solutions based on your training and available resources
  • Build upon concepts and become a trusted expert
  • Apply and explain your expertise to find solutions
  • Find value in your ability to help
