Primary Purpose of Position | Supervise and mentor camp participants, ensuring safety and promoting a positive camp atmosphere. Lead and participate in educational workshops focused on entrepreneurship, market analysis, and pitch development. Facilitate and oversee daily camp activities including field trips, STEM projects. Develop, supervise, and oversee recreational events such as Movie Night and Karaoke Night. Assist in the coordination of guest speakers and field trips to entrepreneurial spaces and educational facilities. Monitor and support participants during interactive sessions and leisure activities. Encourage campers to engage in personal financial literacy and STEM activities, such as Python programming and game development. Help manage logistics for Mix & Mingle events, ensuring a friendly and inclusive environment. Provide feedback to camp coordinators to enhance the camp experience. Lodge in University housing with campers. Other duties as assigned |
