Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Change Management of our Strategic Projects.
  • The successful candidate will apply CM methodologies: assessing needs, stakeholders, and resistances to create engaging change campaigns to support the organization through various business critical technology or process changes.
  • Will facilitate new working realities for employees of a global manufacturing company as we deploy new systems and business processes.
  • Will be a self-starter, a critical thinker, a problem solver, and can quickly build working relationships with diverse stakeholders in our organization.
  • The candidate will build and deliver robust change management plans aligned to the complexity of the change and impact to our employees.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for key strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of proposed changes on employees, processes, and systems.
  • Identify and analyze potential risks and challenges associated with change and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
  • Coach and mentor leaders, managers, and employees on best practices for navigating change.
  • Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular assessments to gauge the organization's readiness for change and recommend actions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change agility within the organization as identified in our Laitram Business Philosophy.

Position Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or related discipline.
  • At least three (3) years of direct organizational change management experience.
  • A certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP).
  • Proven experience in organizational change management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and build strong relationships.
  • Analytical skills to measure the impact and success of change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
  • Adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Direct organizational change management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification.
