We are currently hiring a Packaging Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH.

This position will be responsible for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Process and Team Development of a 24/7 high speed manufacturing operation. Reporting to this position are Packaging Area Supervisors and their direct reports.

What You'll Brew:

Assists in establishing and ensuring KPI's in area of responsibility meet/exceed department objectives

Ensure policies and procedures are administered in a fair and consistent manner
Responsible for efficient packaging operation through process, and people development while improving equipment reliability
Drive standardization and consistency in routines through continual development and revision of standard operating procedures within the packaging area through Packaging Area Supervisors
Works with QA and Maintenance to resolve production-related and vendor related issues
Communicates effectively with all employees, operations management, and a variety of external constituents and vendors
Leads department team members to ensure quality, delivery, and costs are continuously being improved to achieve company objectives
Ensures that continuous improvement techniques are being utilized to sustain daily operational improvements
Track Financial performance of the area: Understand financial/performance drivers for assigned area and initiate processes to control cost and improve performance
Work with Department Training /Development Manager to provide ITDP for all operators in the department
Demonstrate an ability to grow into Manager's role
Responsible for TTB compliance
Responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training, and retaining of engaged & high-performing coworkers

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in manufacturing environment
In-depth understanding and track record of having delivered operational processes that drive safety, cost and production improvements
Proven success in managing a team's safety record and operational opportunities
Effective verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of management in multi-functional departments
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Self-starter, proactive
Demonstrated ability to be successful in a collaborative team environment
Highly effective multi-tasker; resourceful with a "get-it-done, can-do" attitude
Able to impact and effect positive change with a flexible, open-minded, positive approach
Proficient computer skills including; Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in high speed bottling environment

Level 6

By pay transparency laws,the salary range for this role, if hired, is $86,000.00 to $145,000.00 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
