Job Description
Purpose of Position

Provides excellent customer service by answering, screening, and directing phone calls to appropriate staff. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items within the team. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
