Summary

In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Spend Management team. You will work with multiple internal stakeholders and across business lines, utilize a variety of data sources, and take ownership of projects and processes. You will identify issues, create solutions, and present recommendations to management and/or external stakeholders. You will provide guidance, provide training, and create documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and create analytical tools, charts, graphs, tables, and reports to support findings and develop recommendations.

• Implement and manage processes and tools built with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.

• Maintain ownership and implement enhancements to Spend Management programs to promote growth.

• Conduct analysis and research to provide member value.

• Provide expertise to communicate saving initiatives and results to internal and/or external stakeholders.

• Create and/or manage KPIs and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years relevant work experience required.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL highly preferred.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical data, contracts, and group purchasing organizations preferred.

• Understanding of pharmaceutical supplier and vendor relationships preferred.
