Join our team as a Programmer Analyst (EBOL IBM FileNet Specialist) and become a driving force in the world of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) applications. Location: Atlanta, Georgia with occasional travel to GP facilities across the United States, approximately 10-15% of the time, for site visits and team collaboration.

What You Will Do

  • Resolution of end user issues for applications in production
  • Participate in weekly on call support rotation.
  • Provide end user support for entire solution portfolio.
  • Make modifications to the EBOL Scan application.
  • Perform FileNet administration.
  • Manage EC2 instances in AWS.
  • Implement system administration improvements that would improve end user experience and/or reduce support time and cost
  • Work with platform administrators to integrate new features and components into the EBOL Solution.
  • Participate in the technical design of applications
  • Participate in estimation of work requests
  • Complete development assignment according to agree upon delivery schedule
  • Review completed work with clients for acceptance
  • Raise risks/issues to management, and recommend solutions

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven experience in full stack development
  • Proficiency in application development methodologies and techniques
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant computing field or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in a corporate\Manufacturing setting
  • Experience with relational database storage and manipulation
  • Experience with React, HTML, XML, XSL, and CSS
  • Experience in modern development language (C# Java)
  • Mobile application development experience
  • Value-add knowledge including: Amazon AWS EC2 and related, Windows Graphics Programming, PDF construction and interaction via SDK's, Fujitsu fi- series scanner management
