Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician
Blytheville, AR, US, 72315
Direct Hire

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General building maintenance including: Welding, simple electrical, mechanical, carpentry, masonry, minor plumbing
  • Work from written and verbal instructions and machine schematics
  • Maintenance of forklifts, occasional fork lift operation.
  • Must be capable of performing all mechanical maintenance.
  • Installation or relocation of machinery and equipment.
  • Repair and maintain mechanical functions of machines.
  • Intermittent heavy lifting.
  • Repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Keeps work area clean and orderly.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Work from written and verbal instructions and machine schematics.

    Must be able to read and interpret repair manuals.

    Troubleshoot and repair wiring and electrical controls of 277/480 volt and understand higher voltage (1320 volts) on furnaces.

    Repair and maintain mechanical functions of machines.

    Wire panel boards and electrical controls from drawings and schematics

    Required to sketch machine wiring layouts.

    Other duties as assigned

  • EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years of manufacturing experience

  • 2 year experience of welding, Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

  • Forklift and machinery repair


EDUCATION:

High School Diploma

Shifts:

2nd - 7:30 pm to 5:30 am Sun-Wed
