You will have a leadership role in developing and executing marketing plans and activities for both 14 Hands and Columbia Crest to support both long-term and short-term marketing goals for Ste. Brand Manager job responsibilities include:

  • Brand Strategy & Plan: ability to develop and deliver annual results through development and execution of the brand strategy. Inform brand strategy and positioning through demonstrated analytical skills, creative thinking, and effective tactical implementation based on data driven insights. Provide clear guidance to brand stakeholders. Manages the forecasting, production, pricing oversight and marketing of assigned brands throughout the product lifecycle to include the measurement of activities to determine effectiveness.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: analysis at the micro (product) and macro (corporate P&L) level, consumer demand, strong collaboration with brand owners, sales and other integral departments across the company.
  • Consumer Insights: understands what drives consumer behavior and can apply that knowledge to create marketing strategies and deliver solutions that lead to the achievement of business goals.
  • Program and Project Management: ability to set and execute large programs across teams as well as enable others to contribute and be accountable for their role in the project plan. Additionally, effectively develops and executes campaign programs, individual project plans, creative briefs and agency briefs with deadlines and KPIs.
  • Focus approximately 60% on 14 Hands Winery, 30% on opportunity brands and 10% on SKU-level rationalization across the Ste. Michelle Portfolio.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required in business or marketing; Graduate-level preferred or equivalent demonstrated experience with proven results.
  • 5+ years experience in marketing.
  • Integrated marketing experience and expertise, including digital engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience and results with consumer testing and consumer targeted campaigns.
  • Ability to travel approximately up to 20% of the time.
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

    Your Compensation:

    $92,552.00 - $120,296.00 per year based upon relevant experience.
