Responsibilities

Related Companies is seeking a Temporary Talent Advisor (Recruiter) to join our dynamic HR team! This position is temporary and will involve covering for an employee during maternity leave. Responsibilites include attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to meet the hiring needs of various departments within Related Companies, with a focus on Luxury Rentals, Luxury Condos, and Commercial/Retail portfolios.

In this role, you will apply your passion for recruiting best practices to elevate the hiring experience across all touchpoints. You will act as an advisor and Subject Matter Expert to our Hiring Managers to understand their needs, fill current openings, and plan for future vacancies due to growth and attrition. As our TA Business Partner, you are responsible for meeting hiring goals and filling open positions, and in some instances are responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruiting process; including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring a positive hiring experience.

You thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment and have a sharp business acumen forging relationships with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners. You have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, portfolio management, are highly organized, effective communicator, possess the ability to prioritize, manage expectations, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds collaborative partnership with Hiring Managers to understand and prioritize talent needs, specific position
  • Consults with Hiring Managers in the assessment and selection of qualified talent, and advises on market trends, talent pipeline, and compensation to ensure the effective selection of top candidates.
  • Engages in proactive sourcing/pipelining/networking and successful identification of top talent for current and future open roles, while building a proactive talent pool.
  • Utilizes a wide variety of talent generation sources, including but not limited to: Social Media, Job Boards, LinkedIn, Seekout, Industry Networking Group, Workforce Centers, Trade Schools, Staffing agencies and company proprietary databases.
  • Educates business leaders and Hiring Managers on Related's hiring practices and system through Recruiting Strategy Calls and ongoing training.
  • Actively stays current on changes or trends in the labor market, compensation, talent pools, titles, skills, competitors, etc.
  • Regularly attend appropriate business line and HR staff meetings as well as participate in or lead recruiting projects
  • Acts as an ambassador for Related; educate candidates on our culture, career growth, benefits, and many advantages of working with Related.

$38.46/h

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' current experience in talent acquisition recruiting, preferably in real estate or related industries (Hospitality, Retail, Staffing, etc.) for both line-level and management-level positions.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with proven ability to own regional portfolio by establishing credibility, accountability, and partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps, and execute a talent pipeline strategy.
  • High energy, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment with strong project management skills and the ability to execute high-volume recruitment efforts.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, as well as, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Innovative, creative and results oriented with a strong sense of urgency and attention to details.

Core Skills:

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills; able to "juggle" responsibilities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment.
  • Experience utilizing a consultative approach for sourcing, assessment, and selection to recruit qualified candidates. Ability to understand and manage expectations of business partners and candidates while providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent relationship building and consultative skills and the ability to collaboratively partner with and coach business partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple assignments concurrently, performing well under pressure, and meeting deadlines, while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Drive to deliver results, take accountability and ownership of work, and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and decision-making skills.

Work Environment: Works under moderate supervision.
