Position Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for providing quality sourcing and relationship management for the fulfillment of open positions at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota (GESMN). This position conducts high-volume recruiting for non-exempt roles at GESMN retail facilities and consults with hiring managers to provide a first-class experience for candidates and organization leaders.

  • Recruiting & Sourcing: Perform high-volume recruiting and ensure full compliance with internal philosophies and external regulations.
  • Business Partnerships: Partner cross-functionally to understand and meet organizational hiring needs and to align on talent profiles.

Job Pay & Perks:

  • Typical starting pay range: $60,000 - $75,000

    About You:

    Required Knowledge & Skills:

    • Demonstrated recruiting, sourcing, and networking skills and the ability to deliver customer-focused recruiting solutions.
    • Ability to build relationships and work across functions and various levels of the organization.
    • Technology acumen to learn/adapt to new systems, champion recruiting systems, and explore and recommend technologies for continuous improvement.
    • Ability to exercise discretion while handling confidential information.
    • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize demands, and solve problems creatively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.

    Prior Experience & Education:

    • 1-3 years of high volume recruiting/sourcing or other relevant experience required.
    • Experience recruiting in a multi-location retail environment preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
