Job Details:
The US Consumables Private Label team is looking for a Project Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional projects and programs around product development and packaging/creative refreshes. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive project management experience, combined with deep analytical capabilities and , business and product sense, to lead complex projects from conception to completion. This individual must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, attention to detail, exceptional communication (written and verbal), and leadership are essential to success in this role. This candidate will interact with and influence multiple teams across the organization (US and global) like Food Safety, Legal, Design, Quality, Product Development, Category Management, Operations, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive projects related to product development, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Develop and track goals, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization.

- Prepare and present project status updates, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Food Safety, Legal, Design, Quality, Product Development, Category Management, Operations, etc.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the overall effectiveness of the project plan and corresponding workflows.

- Manage project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring effective coordination, communication and implementation across teams.

- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

- Experience working cross functionally

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
