Job Summary

This position oversees the Parts and Remanufacturing operations for Leroy Somer within EPGA. The Parts Manager is responsible for the financial and operational performance of our Lexington, TN facility. This position will be responsible for managing the people, of processes, and driving the overall success of the group.

Job Description

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
* Manages Lexington Parts group and is responsible for performance of both LS parts and Reman operations.
* Execution of growth plans for Parts business based on FY targets for sales and profitability.
* Responsible for creation of customer of pricing lists, creation of new customer accounts,aligning special pricing agreements, and establishing stocking requirements to support the growthof LS Parts & Remanufacturing business in the Americas.
* Interprets company policy and government regulations regarding hazardous material and exportshipments.
* Responsible for the growth of global LS parts sales within the Americas.
* Coordinates the training of department personnel
* Minimal travel will be required however may be necessary from time to time for customer visits,training, trade shows, and promotion of business.

Experience/Skills:
* 5+ years of experience of Sales & customer facing required
* Ability to communicate and collaborate internally and externally
* Basic knowledge of the theory of operation of Rotating Electrical Machinery.
* Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* High degree of Oracle or other ERP systems strongly desired

Education:
* Bachelor's degree preferred or Associates Degree with relevant experience.
