Senior Tax Accountant

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Tax Accountant to join our team and support our Global tax compliance, provision calculations, research activities, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure timely and accurate U.S. Federal and state tax compliance filings.

* Prepare and review provision calculations to accurately reflect tax liabilities.

* Conduct research and analysis related to R&D credits and Section 174 deductions.

* Assist in transfer pricing documentation and analysis.

* Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage sales tax compliance.

* Facilitate audit resolution and respond to tax inquiries from authorities.

* Conduct tax research to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.

* 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting, Preferably with mix of public accounting and corporate experience.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

* Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Strong deadline orientation and attention to detail.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.

* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
