Gilbane Development Company is seeking a creative and detail orientated innovator to join our team to assist with the leasing and marketing responsibilities of our student housing and multifamily projects. The Regional Leasing Manager will assist in the monitoring of property goals and reporting metrics throughout the leasing cycle, completing market research, training site staff in leasing and marketing strategies that align with GDC, and coordination of marketing vendors.

Responsibilities
    Candidate needs to be coachable, enthusiastic, creative, flexible, display strong technical aptitude, detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in leasing residential units in both the student and multifamily industry with a passion for leading, managing and training of onsite teams.
  • Proven experience overseeing performance of a portfolio of properties and implementing appropriate action plans to achieve results.
  • Extensive new development experience
  • Must be comfortable with the software Entrata. Yardi and/or Realpage is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat and/or Canva Pro
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects, take direction and stay on top of deadlines.
  • Tech savvy. Ability to keep a pulse on social media trends, google analytics and experience with brand ambassador programs are a bonus, but not required.
  • Must be willing to travel to sites as necessary (20%)
Qualifications

Sales & Leasing

  • Complete monthly audits on sites to track velocity and progress against leasing goals.
  • Collaborate with leasing teams weekly to review outreach initiatives and resident programs to assist in leasing of properties as necessary.
  • Travel to sites to assist with leasing velocity and training teams as necessary.
  • Review and approve property monthly marketing calendars of onsite teams.
  • Assist Director of Leasing in market research, tracking rents and completing market surveys in various markets

Marketing

  • Assist Director of Leasing as necessary with tasks relating to multifamily or student housing projects
  • Coordinate Photoshoots and assist with creative directing of models/ambassadors for student housing and multifamily properties.
  • Assist Management team with identifying and recruiting brand ambassadors for projects
  • Work closely with Director of Leasing to ensure brand standards are upheld by Management Team
  • Assist in design process of leasing offices and model units including selection of furniture, decor, and install.
  • Collaborate with Director of Leasing and third-party vendor on the curation of design in 3D renderings and lifestyle videos
  • Work with third party vendors to create signage, brochures, stationary, graphics, floor plans and murals on student and multifamily projects.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

  • 5+ years working in the student housing/multi family market
  • BS Degree Preferred
