Job Description

NetImpact Strategies is looking for a ServiceNow Organization Change Management (OCM) / Trainer to join our talented professional services team. You will use creative, data driven organizational change management expertise and experience to drive changes across business process, IT and human aspects of projects to align and reach its strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

    Support the successful consolidation of multiple software platforms supporting service delivery across a large enterprise
  • Assess the impact of change within organizations that incorporates organizational culture, performance and readiness/desire for change
  • Use Prosci ADKAR and/or other certified OCM models, tools and frameworks to support improved organizational design and alignment
  • Define and execute communication strategies to effectively share information with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
  • Develop and deploy user adoption/training initiatives to support change related to project implementations
  • Strategize with all levels within the organization for the development of a roadmap and implementation of change programs
  • Provide input, documenting requirements and supporting the design and delivery of change management training
  • Lead efforts to execute change management recommendations across multiple initiatives including new business processes, technology and organization changes
  • Identify the impact of the change on the affected parties and create/execute detailed action plans to address the human side of the change
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in learning, communications, organization behavior, organization development or similar fields
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • 8 years working experience with at least 2 years of experience related to successful delivery of change management
  • 4+ years of experience of OCM adoption
  • Strong facilitation, oral and written communication skills, with ability to convey knowledge to a wide variety of audiences via classroom, computer-based, and video delivery methods
  • Experience with OCM and Training industry best practices
  • Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred

Preferred

  • Prosci certification
  • Experience working with ServiceNow platform
  • Maintain good relationship with clients and project managers
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in change management related to Business Process, IT and Human Capital
  • Experience in change manage management within public sector
  • Ability to interact effectively with different management levels within the organization
