JOB SUMMARY

Provide support for the proper management of the NST/MTG container fleet

Provide support to Global Helium sales Customer facing activities and data tracking

Analysis of distribution and sourcing costs

Support the monthly P&L and reporting process

Essential Functions
* Provide support for the proper management of the Nippon Sanso/Matheson container fleet: o Access and use data from logistics teams, forwarders and DOL to improve accuracy and value of container utilization modeling and planning o Detect changes in customer demand and supply chain logistics as it impacts container availability o Provide forward-looking analysis and insight to Global Helium on helium container availability. * Provide support to Global Helium sales Customer facing activities and data tracking o Communicate with customers regarding all price adjustments o Provide notice to customers regarding export regulations and compliance as necessary o Manage all enquiries and complaints regarding invoices from customers and be the Global Helium customer liaison regarding invoicing * Analysis of distribution and sourcing costs o Track transport costs o Lead project work as needed to improve transport costs and efficiencies. o Provide support to Global Helium to enable analysis of fees and costs charged by various helium sources. * Support the monthly P&L and reporting process o Track source invoices and verify source data o Liaise with Financial Group to ensure monthly sales reports are accurate o Provide data for review of monthly P&L

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a group in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills as well as be computer literate in MS Word, Ex-cel and Outlook.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 10 hour shifts, as well as monitor emails after hours for any urgent service issues.
Attend after hours conference calls may be required to accommodate overseas customers.
