This Property Maintenance role is a great 1st shift opportunity for someone with prior experience flipping apartments/houses or someone who loves to do basic upgrades and repairs in a residential setting! Apply today for consideration!

Job Duties:

* Schedule Contractor Visits.

* Unit Prep/ Cleaning out vacant apartments.

* Inspect property for damage.

* Communicate with residents as needed.

* Order Supplies following a specific budget

* Drywall repairs, interior and exterior painting

* Advanced plumbing

* Advanced electrical (lightbulbs, switches, outlets)

* Ability to provide good customer service.

* Utilize hand and power tools.

* Follow company policies related to resident properties.

Requirements:

* Ability to move and carry 50lbs.

* Able to use ladders if needed.

* Valid Driver License and Insurance

* May be tasked with cleaning outside of apartment building in cold or hot weather.

* Ability to climb crawl or kneel.

* Must be mobile and comfortable moving around for full shift.
