IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Marketing Integration Coordinator in our office. As a Marketing Integration Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the integration of marketing processes for newly acquired firms. Serving as a liaison between the Marketing team, newly acquired firms, and the Mergers & Acquisitions Team, this position ensures smooth communication and collaboration throughout the integration timeline. By efficiently managing this process, the role contributes to the seamless integration of acquired firms, thereby strengthening IMEG's marketing strategy and market position.

Some key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Supports the integration plan for each new firm from initial announcement planning to data and qualifications migration to final name transition action items

  • Serves as a marketing integration liaison with the Mergers & Acquisitions Synergy Team, participating in weekly check-ins and supporting Corporate Services Group cross-departmental collaboration needs

  • Acts as a primary liaison for marketing questions and requests, connecting new firm contacts with appropriate marketing and Corporate Services Group support as needed

  • Coordinates and executes all marketing-related Mergers & Acquisitions integration action items with marketing department support, including but not limited to new firm announcement-related action items, welcome event planning and materials development, client and project data migration

  • Integrates qualification materials, including transitional qualifications and full project experience integration, and updates Central Qualifications Library materials in relation to updated firm stats

  • Manages content for website integration, including locations, leaders, services, and projects, and coordinates image library integration (Open Asset)

  • Oversees office signage and IMEG product inventory transition, ensuring brand standards compliance and providing process training for acquired firms

  • Collaborates with new firms on qualification-based collateral development and proposal production for project pursuits, ensuring adherence to brand standards and successful submission

  • Assists with procurement transition efforts, updating new firm vendor registrations, pre-qualifications, and client portals in coordination with other Corporate Services Group departments

  • Actively participates in executing marketing integration action items to meet demand and supports other Marketing/Corporate Services Group-related efforts as needed, including participating in task forces, workgroups, and other integration process-related enhancement efforts

  • Other duties as assigned

Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:

  • Highly organized, with good time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to assist in meeting deadlines

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead, guide, and coach team members

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong research skills

  • Strong knowledge of procurement and risk management practices

  • Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisor, co-workers, principals, consultants, and other outside contacts

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Salesforce or Customer Relationship Management experience a plus

  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign

  • Ability to travel up to 10% with occasional overnight stays

Education and experience requirements are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Communications required

  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing or communications experience required

  • Architectural Engineering and Construction industry experience preferred
