The Associate Product Manager is responsible for doing customer research, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing new product features for the LearningSpace product line. You will support the duties of the Senior Product Manager and the product vision. By joining the Product Management team, you will have the opportunity to participate in product development projects and contribute to the entire product lifecycle management process.

This is a remote or hybrid position, based in United States or Canada, reporting to the Senior Manager - Product Management.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Drive the development of new features for the LearningSpace product line.

  • Support the duties of the Senior Product Manager.

  • Assist in executing the portfolio strategy, including market and customer research, product design and development, driving and executing product launches.

  • Serve as an expert in product features and function, supporting internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support sales and operations in product lifecycle management tasks (EOL, etc.).

  • Support sales and marketing promotions and campaigns.

  • Work with digital team to ensure website accuracy, update products and deliver promotions and campaigns.

  • Support Quality, Service and Engineering to address product safety issues, functionality issues, storage, packing and transport issues.

  • Create training content and ongoing documentation for customer service and clinical educators

  • Provide sales training on existing product portfolio.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (BA, BS) in healthcare or technology related field.

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, technology, or sales in an audio-visual space.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Possess financial analytical skills, financial modeling, budgeting, and understanding of pricing strategies.

  • Able to travel up to 20% mainly domestic.

  • Proficient in problem-solving and team building skills.

  • Organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.

  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in presenting to various audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and cross functional environment.

  • Ability to influence key decision makers and partners.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with a CRM system (i.e., Salesforce).

  • Experience in training and education in audio-visual industry.

  • 3+ years supporting product management.

  • Experience with user stories, product requirements and general product development process.

GENERAL:

  • Complies with and enforces all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures.

  • Performs all duties in compliance with and enforces all applicable legal and ethical standards including: Company Code of Business Conduct, Company's policies and procedures, country laws and regulations, Federal and States or Provincial Laws, policies, and standards.

  • Maintains security of all proprietary information.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.
