Job Summary: |
The University of Colorado | Anschutz Medical Campus is currently seeking applications for an Academic Services Entry Professional position. This part time (.75 FTE) University Staff (non-classified) position will provide support for the faculty and education programs of the Department of Dermatology and oversee operational aspects of the medical student education program. This position will perform general academic support duties including assisting DFA in the medical educational services for residents, student personnel administration including maintaining rotations, sending updates for schedules reception, managing student registration, scheduling rotations, and serving as the primary liaison for student communications. The role involves handling evaluations, maintaining accurate record keeping, coordinating teaching sessions and supporting curriculum updates. The role is expected to serve as a key member of the program and plays a vital role in fostering a supportive learning environment for the medical students. Furthermore, the position assists in various project management and processes related to the growth and development of the program. Key Responsibilities: Medical Student Education Support (50%)

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as: $45,017-$57,262 and will be pro-rated to a .75 appointment The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
