The Engineering Specialist performs work in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments. Responsibilities are within the Engineering Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. The Engineering Specialist has a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools, knowledge of or has worked in SolidWorks and is detailed oriented with a strong sense of customer service skills that includes relationship building with urgency to deliver a high quality outcome.

Experience with CAD/CAM software is required in platforms such as SolidWorks, Mastercam X9, 2018-2020 or Fusion 360 with strong knowledge of GD&T such as ASME Y14.5-2018.

Major Position Responsibilities
    Applies standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products, components, or assemblies.
  • Analyzes, develops and evaluates systems.
  • Improves and maintains current systems or creates brand new projects.
  • Designs and drafts blueprints, visits systems in the field and manages projects.
  • Applies engineering techniques and analyses within the scope of the assignment.
Basic Qualifications
  • Required Education: Vocational/Technical Training Degree or Equivalent Combination of Relevent Engineering Education &/or Experience
  • Preferred Education: Associate's Degree
  • 2- 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written communication skills. Critical thinking. Analytical thinking. Problem solving skills. Mathematic skills. Computer skills. Technical expertise.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Pay Range (USD)
$65,450 - $121,550
Additional Compensation
Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
