Dover Precision Components is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our FW Murphy Production Controls business located in Rosenberg, TX. We manufacture and deliver a wide range of instrumentation and control solutions for the Oil & Gas Production and Natural Gas Compression markets. Our products improve the protection, performance, and reliability of the Natural Gas Supply Chain while protecting our environment and creating systems and equipment to help producers stay in compliance and meet stringent emission regulations. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the warehouse team (around 30 people). Provide coaching, training, and consistent feedback on expectations and results.
• Participate in new hire interviews, onboarding, and training.
• Design and improve material flow processes from raw material to finished goods to shipping.
• Maintain and monitor the raw material, finished goods, and inter-company Kanban system.
• Lead the team through the creation and execution of a new warehouse layout, including outside storage when required.
• Participate in the implementation of a PFEP system on the plant floor (Place For Every Part).
• Establish/Maintain cycle count program to maintain inventory control, eliminating the need for physical inventory counts.
• Manage the inventory calendar (ABC review etc.).
• Create and drive a disciplined FIFO program.
• Provide clear and concise communication with sales/operations on shipping issues.
• Develop/implement foreign shipment process.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3+ years' experience in a supervisory / management role within Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving, and/or Manufacturing environment(s).
• Strong understanding of warehouse flow- shipping, receiving, and inventory cycle counts.
• Strong and proactive supervisory and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, teambuilding, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Technology skills in MS Excel and MRP / ERP Systems, JD Edwards E-One preferred.

• 7+ years' Warehouse experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• APICS certification.
• Experience with 5S programs.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology and tools.
