Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns with key focus on wholesale customerecommerce channels.

  • Strategize, execute and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from concept to launch.

  • Create and manage campaigns on Amazon, Wayfair and similar eCommerce sites such as sponsored product and sponsored brand, including keyword research and bid management.

  • Collaborate to design campaigns to align with evergreen, occasion, and retailer-specific features.

  • Understand and leverage digital ad types to meet customers at all points in the customer journey.

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.

  • Work closely with marketing teams to align campaign strategies and achieve goals across the organization.

  • Analyze performance data to optimize online campaigns and provide actionable insightsto relevant stakeholders.

  • Define, measure and evaluate relevant paid media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee day-to-day execution of paid media.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.

  • Proficiency in working with digital advertising platforms (Google ads, Meta ads, TikTok ads, Instagram ads etc.)

  • Ability to define and create SEO campaigns

  • Proficiency working with paid social media influencer platforms

  • Staying informed about industry best practices and new technologies

Experience & knowledge:

  • 3-5 years in paid media management and content development

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Experience with managing paid media campaigns on Amazon, Wayfair and similar sites

  • Understanding of key KPIs in digital marketing

  • Strong experience with advertising platforms (Google Ad, Meta Ad, TikTok ads etc.)

  • A/B Testing proficiency

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with marketing automation tools

  • Knowledge of keyword and trend research tools

  • Strong data analysis capabilities with actionable insights

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Great communication and presentation skills
