We are excited to be recruiting for new talent to join our growing and innovative team. We are currently hiring an AV Service Technician to support our service department.

The responsibilities of this role may include:

  • Respond to service calls and diagnose the issues, and determine a solution
  • Perform maintenance trips and communicate with the customer to AV3 standards
  • Provide phone support as required
  • Assist in the creation of RMAs and seeing them through completion
  • Assist in answering service phone calls and emails with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to manage and enter data within a ticketing system
  • Loads, tests, and troubleshoots control systems such as AMX, Crestron, and Extron with both Techs and Vendor/Manufacture
  • Loads, tests, troubleshoots, and manipulates DSP files including ClearOne, Biamp, and Extron
  • Configures advanced AV equipment including Extron, Crestron, AMX, CISCO, ClearOne, and BIAMP
  • Fabricate, terminate, and install AV and IT cabling; RJ-45, DB-9, 3.5mm, XLR, etc.
  • Configures video conferencing solutions such as Polycom and CISCO
  • Test, commission, troubleshoot, and diagnose various AV systems
  • Performs site surveys and document requirements for Engineers and PMs
  • Maintain certifications and continuous relevant training
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

To qualify for this position, you must possess a HS diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
