Job Description
Summary/objective
Buffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi-Bottler founded in Birmingham, AL, more than 120 years ago. The Marketing Equipment Support is a key member of the Corporate Marketing Equipment Team responsible for performing many general functions in order to assist and support the efficient operations of the warehouse.
Essential functions

* Operate office machines, such as photocopiers personal computers.
* Manage front door entrance through camera and electronic access.
* Maintain and update filing, inventory, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
* Communicate with suppliers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate information.
* Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
* Learn and utilize the Maintenance Connection Computer program. Work with CME management on reports from the system.
* Work with Shipping and Receiving Department on Equipment Inventory. Will be responsible for maintaining P.O. Tracker Spreadsheet and maintaining sold or disposed of equipment tracking in the computer system daily.
* Inventory equipment and/or parts as requested and order materials, supplies, and services.
* Process Invoices daily and reconcile deliveries for outside franchises for items drop shipped.
* Maintain Daily Tech Productivity log for CME Employees and Information board communication.
* Train other staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications.
* Prepare meeting agendas and attend meetings. Maintain monthly Metric Spreadsheet for CME.
* Creates and uses spreadsheets daily.
* Perform all duties as needed. May be Involved for other areas of the Integrated Services Team.
* Required to fill in during specific times in other areas of the CME department as needed.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
* Must exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off-site function during work hours or after work hours while representing the Buffalo Rock Company.
* Responsible for continuous self-improvement through the knowledge and use of all Buffalo Rock provided training, either web-based, in-house, or any other provided method. Must successfully complete assigned training curriculum, including but not limited to online and/or facilitated training.
* Ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect the Company from possible damages, theft, or other liabilities.
