Boynton Health is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services to lead our medical team in providing student-centered, culturally responsive healthcare. Compensation $187,000 - $225,000 dependent upon qualifications.
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
Clinical Authority and Leadership (30%):
The Senior Director of Clinical Services will spearhead Boynton Health's strategic initiatives, anchoring our values in the development of comprehensive care models for our diverse student body. They will lead the transition to integrated services and apply population health principles to benefit the campus community. By prioritizing student voices, they will ensure clinical services are responsive and aligned with constituents' needs.
Responsibilities include supervising provider staff, ensuring clinical quality, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, this role acts as a liaison to University of Minnesota entities such as the Campus Public Health Officer, Office of Academic Clinical Affairs, and other Office for Student Affairs departments, facilitating collaboration on student health matters.
Oversight and leadership of clinical services at Boynton include:
Serve on the Executive Leadership Team, overseeing Boynton's Clinical Services and its campus-wide role in student health services and infectious disease emergencies (15%)
Supervision (15%):
Direct Patient Care in Urgent and Primary Care 40% FTE
