Job Description:

This position provides audiological services including consultation, diagnostic evaluation and ongoing habilitative and rehabilitative treatment, services, and education to patients and their families.

Posting Specifics

  • Pay Range: $40.41-$62.34 Exempt
  • FTE: Full time, Mon-Fri
  • Shift: 40 hours/week
  • Location: Park City Specialty Clinic

Job Essentials

  • Provides screening, diagnostic assessments, habilitative, and rehabilitative audiological services to all populations from newborn to geriatric patients.
  • Documents all services and patient interactions according to current policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Provides education to patients and families concerning results of services provided. Provides recommendations for continued care.
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participates in program development and marketing, as assigned.
  • Ensures financial viability of department through following established documentation and billing guidelines.
  • May mentor new staff and students.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Audiology. Education must be obtained from an accredited program. Degree will be verified.
  • Licensure by the state in which hired to practice Audiology.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in Audiology.
  • Background in specialized area as specified in a medical setting.

Physical Requirements:

Hearing/listening, manual dexterity, seeing, sitting, speaking, standing, lifting, pulling/pushing, and walking.
