Partnerships with key surgeon consultants help provide advanced and proprietary patented solutions, including EMPOWR 3D Knee, the only dual-pivot knee system on the market, and AltiVate Reverse Shoulder, a market-leading system, based on the design principles of the RSP Shoulder, which has demonstrated excellent clinical outcomes at 10 years.

Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today's changing healthcare environment.

Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

Seeking an individual to join our dynamic remote customer service and sales support team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will contribute a friendly and professional demeanor, adept in general business support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries from both internal and external customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through email, phone, and TEAMS communication.
  • Explain products and services to customers effectively.
  • Process product returns, exchanges, and recall paperwork.
  • Gather necessary information and documentation for product complaints.
  • Utilize the ERP system to process orders for billing and restocks.
  • Handle credit rebills.
  • Facilitate inventory transfer requests.
  • Adhere to the monthly closing schedule.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

* 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or medical device manufacturing.

* High School diploma is required.

* Possess a comprehensive understanding of the job, applying knowledge and skills to complete a diverse range of tasks. Assignments are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in issue resolution or making recommendations.

* Proficient in computer skills, including ERP systems, Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

Travel Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
