Production Associates are assigned an entry-level, hands-on position on the shop floor; you may be responsible for packaging & banding material, weighing, load/unloading material from machines, staging material, and setting up machines for running. WSCP Cleveland West is located at 4600 Heidtman Parkway, Cleveland and WSCP Twinsburg is located at 1400 Enterprise Parkway, Twinsburg.

Schedule

  • Part-time Student Associates - Flexible (16-32 hrs./week; M-F)
  • Full-time - Afternoons/Night Shift (2-10pm/10pm-6am; M-F). Full-time associates need to be able to work on day shift for training -- 45-90 days; once signed off, they will be offered an off-shift position on 2nd (Afternoons) or 3rd (Night) Shift.

Desired Experience

  • Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work, possess strong hand-eye coordination and be able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, full-mobility, good hand/eye coordination and dexterity required. Must be willing and able to work in high heat and cold conditions (seasonally changes).
  • Mechanical aptitude a plus, but not required.
  • Committed to a positive and safe working environment - able to follow all safety policies and procedures and follow Our Golden Rule of treating others how you want to be treated.
  • Must be able to stay attentive and on-task.
  • 0-6 months prior experience a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to fulfill training requirements and ability to work at least 16-32 hours a week, min. 4 hrs./shift.
