Job Description

Link Logistics Real Estate ("Link") is a leading operator of last-mile logistics real estate. Established by Blackstone in 2019, the company connects consumption, technology, and the supply chain across its portfolio, which spans more than half a billion square feet. With more than 5 percent of U.S. GDP flowing through our spaces, we leverage our scale, proprietary data and insights, and foundational focus on sustainability to drive success for our customers' businesses and deliver value for our stakeholders. Link Logistics strives to be the most equitable and inclusive industrial real estate company in the business. We put our people, customers, and communities first and find ways to make a conscious, positive impact where we live and work, prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) across our workforce to deliver an optimal employee experience. Every day, we work to reinvent and lead our industry forward by thinking bigger and challenging the status quo.

Because we believe that good business must be synonymous with doing good, strong environmental, social and governance practices are foundational to our identity as a firm. These practices include setting ambitious goals to combat climate change, partnering with local nonprofits, and prioritizing internal diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. We seek to use our position, ideas, and influence to drive progress in our industry and the wider world. At Link, we give our customers space to grow-and we give people space to grow, too.

In the spirit of growth, we're looking for a talented Associate Property Manager (APM) to join our team of leaders. In this integral role, you will provide team-level leadership alongside property managers and associate property managers through acting as an alternate point of contact and inspector for the property manager, and through accurate and timely execution of administrative and clerical tasks. You'll also ensure the highest quality and financial health of our properties.

Who You Are:

You're a critical thinker and creative problem solver who doesn't get stuck when there isn't an obvious way to do right by people. You find a way to solve tough problems and, as a strong leader, you galvanize fellow Link employees to adopt a similar mindset.

Below are some additional skills and qualifications that we believe are necessary to be great at this role:

* 2+ years of property or building management experience handling customer service and administrative issues.

* Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with numerous people, both inside and outside the organization.

* Familiarity with managing budgets and reporting.

* Familiarity with capital and tenant improvement projects.

* Ability to utilize and interpret documents such as leases, safety rules, plans and specifications, operating and maintenance instructions, and/or procedures manuals.

* Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Yardi strongly preferred. Exhibit enthusiasm for adopting technology solutions.

* Self-motivation, determination, accountability, and initiative in a team environment.

* Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment while managing competing deadlines.

* BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Management preferred.

* Located within the geographical market of the properties they oversee and have access to a personal vehicle for 50-80% travel within a local market
