Financial Analyst II/III - Corporate FP&A

Job Introduction:

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Financial Analyst II/III - Corporate FP&A to support the efforts of the Corporate FP&A Team in terms of report preparation, business partnering, developing advanced analytics, and achieving the overall goals of the team. The position will require the ability to work independently, identify areas for improvement, optimize time-to-completion of tasks and to use our systems to investigate issues and develop solutions to problems encountered. Position success will be measured by consistently producing quality work on a timely basis and by enabling the team to provide financial insights to key stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

Driven individuals with proven experience working as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role. Who are passionate and knowledgeable of financial close and management reporting cycle including reconciliation of the GAAP and non-GAAP P&L, Projected Landing pack, and coordination of messaging within reporting packs for Senior Leadership. The main success factors of this role include strong business acumen, understanding of finance/accounting, and strong analytical and consulting skills along with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.

What you'll do:

  • Finance Business Partner for two SG&A Corporate Functions.
  • Perform monthly tasks in relation Parexel's financial close and management reporting cycle including reconciliation of the GAAP and non-GAAP P&L, Projected Landing pack, and coordination of messaging within reporting packs for Senior Leadership.
  • Provide forecasts and monitor results of certain company-level operating expenses.
  • Responsibility for execution of quarterly Bank Reporting pack.
  • Document and communicate to key stakeholders the monthly key dates for management reporting.
  • Provide oversight of the Corporate FP&A monthly Team Task list to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.

Additional details:

3 - 5 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance and business analysis within a large international company required. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint applications; experienced in financial systems (e.g., EPM-Cloud (formerly Hyperion) and Oracle). Excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as presentation skills. Highly motivated, self-starting individual who can see the big picture. Passion to succeed, demonstrated problem solving skills, and professionalism. Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience required in Finance/Accounting.
